Your order can be shipped anywhere from the continental USA, Vietnam, India, China, or other countries. We partner with USPS, DHL, and Purolator to deliver your packages and they will be handled with the utmost care and expediency.
Once an order is placed, you'll receive an email notification confirming we've received it. We will process your order 6 hours after successful payment. Order processing usually takes 1-2 days. During high volume or crisis periods, processing times may take an additional 2-4 days.
Once shipped, you will receive email notifications and may log in to our website or app for real-time tracking. Note that some orders may be sent using multiple parcels. In these cases, you will receive multiple emails and tracking numbers.

Refund Policy

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
