How long does it take for a full charge?
Charge speed depends primarily on the device your NeatPod is plugged into. However, the charge speed averages to be the same as an original Apple Watch charger — approx. 1.5 to 2 hours.

Where can I use my NeatPod? What devices does it charge with?
The NeatPod is USB-friendly, meaning it works with any device that has a charge capacity and a USB input. Most common use cases for the NeatPod are laptops, powerbanks, car chargers, regular chargers, all wall outlets, and desktop computers. The USB port is a global input type, and hotels internationally are vying for USB ports in all major wall outlets so you can charge your Apple Watch almost anywhere in the world.

If you have an Apple Watch, the answer is yes. The NeatPod is compatible with all Apple Watch series. Although it is rare, some watch cases may interfere with the connection and hinder charging.

Is there a warranty?

Where is NeatPod made and shipped from?
The NeatPod was developed on the East Coast of the United States by two brothers who love to travel. Tired of fidgeting with their charging docks to get their Apple Watch cables everytime they had to spend a night out, they came up with a truly portable solution. Since then, TRVLPOD manufactures the NeatPods across the globe with factories in the United States, France, India, and China. All orders are shipped via FedEx Express from our warehouses within the United States.

I just ordered my NeatPod. When will it arrive?
Due to the current circumstances caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been a bit of latency with fulfillment providers across the globe. You should receive your NeatPod 4-7 days after you place your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
